| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed new agreement for Boulder Creek WS DETAILS: I called Chandler to tell him that we have drafted a new agreement to address the time from now until a new surface water treatment system can be built and put into operation at the Boulder Creek system. I briefly mentioned each of the deadlines in the agreement, and also that we expect to agree to a final document the week after Thanksgiving so that Bette can sign the agreement in early December. ACTION NEEDED: I emailed pdf copies of the agreement and we will wait for a response or call Chandler Around November 30. | ||
