| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8476 DETAILS: Sample taken 10/18/10 Positive for TC which is the site of the original TC. No known cause of positive. Mr. Clough will investigate the site further and take necessary action. This sis the first experience with TC extra sampling and explained the need to have a sample from the well. Discussed temporary routine sample next month. He will call if he needs further assistance. Gave him my e-mail and the link for the public notice needs to be filed with in 30 days, recommended to solve the problem before issuing the notice. ACTION NEEDED: Sample as required for repeats and temporary routines. | ||
