| Details: | SUMMARY: Positve TC DETAILS: Don took sample on 10/18/10 the five temporary routines from positve samples in Sept. The sample at the well was positive for TC and the other four samples are negative. Phone call/message to Don to inform him of the need for four repeats now and five temporary routine samples in November. Asked to contact our office if there are any questions. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeats due now and take five temporary routines in the month of November 2010. | ||
