| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8511 DETAILS: Samples taken at the outside tap at space #2, 9 and 16 was positive for TC, the well sample was negative. Mr. Nash called to inform us of the situation and will be shock chlorinating the system. The system has replaced the pup in the last two weeks and feels this is the cause. Public Notice was issued and copy submitted to State DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Will take appropriate action and will need five temporary routine samples in November. | ||
