| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Spoke to Micah on 11/29 in the morning about the follow up to the routine total coliform positive sample on 11/22. System took 3 repeat samples on 11/23, and the results were absent. The system has not used well #2 for two weeks prior to 11/22, so a triggered source sample is not required under the GW Rule. System is exclusively using purchased St Helens water, treated through a surface water treatment plant. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 5 temporary routines in December. | ||
