| Details: | SUMMARY: High iron and TOC DETAILS: Brad called to say source water iron is ~0.4 mg/L and TOC 3.8 mg/L. A greensand filter would help. Since there is so little room in the treatment building, putting it on the existing pad outside could help. Then the tanks in the treatment building could be used for contact time with ferric chloride to coagulate TOC. This should maximize particle size before the water reaches the roughing filters.
