| Details: | SUMMARY: Folow up to coliform alert. DETAILS: Mike called beck to discuss the repeat coming back positive. I asked him if he was still in the process of installing a chlorinator. We have a "preliminary approval" plan review from 12-09 for this. Mike said they put this job on hold because they finally seemed to resolve the coliform problem last year. He said he already called the lab to come out and do an additional "special" sample. I told him he needed to post the [public notice and send me a copy. Mike isnt sure why they are getting positive samples. I told him he would need to take five routines in the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
