| Details: | SUMMARY: CHEM4462 DETAILS: Mix up with sample delivery times. Didnt realize that lab was not open when sample was left in drop off box. Sample sat for at least 30 hours which made if unusable. Grant is asking for advise as to how to proceeded with the sampling after last sample was unusable. ACTION NEEDED: Samples need to be taken within 20 days. | ||
