| Details: | SUMMARY: Called Chandler to check status of his/Bettes review of the proposed agreements DETAILS: I called Chandler to determine whether he and Bette Carter had reviewed the draft agreements for both this system and the Bear Creek water system (41-00482) to set formal deadlines for completing the installation of the surface water treatment systems necessary at both water systems. Chandler had not reviewed the agreements, and had apparently failed to open the email which included the draft agreements that I sent to him on November 19. I faxed copies of each agreement to a commercial location near Lincoln City so that Chandler and Bette could review the agreement language and either accept it or request revisions by Monday December 6. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the response from Bette Carter on Monday or proceed with additional enforcement action. | ||
