| Details: | SUMMARY: Turbidity reporting DETAILS: Albany wanted to know if a transient turbidity over 0.3 NTU that lasted for about 1 minute after 45 minutes of startup needed to be reported as the compliance value. The compliance values are those readings that occur on the 4-hour intervals, e.g., 4 AM, 8 AM, noon, 4 PM, 8 PM, midnight…Discussed daily peak value being the absolute highest, regardless of time of day, a value used for optimization purposes and not compliance assessment. Confirmed this with Kari. Also discussed if run time less than 4 hours, and between the above times, to use even hours (e.g., 10 AM) and if not available, odd hours (e.g., 9 AM).
