| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Cation Notification for Compliance DETAILS: I received a phone call from Sam Bascom indicating that they a have made the decision to disconnect form Well # 3 and want to hook-up to Well #2 and begin GWUDI monitoring as soon as the connection is made. Since Well #2 has not been connected to the water system in over a year, I told Sam that plan review will also be required and to contact Marsha Fox for the requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Plan Review required for re-connection to Well #2. Begin GWUDI monitoring and all required testing for new well. | ||
