| Details: | SUMMARY: Temporary routine positive for sample date 10/19/10. DETAILS: Bobbi called this office. She left a message and asked for Circuit rider info that we had previously discussed. I e-mailed her the contact information for HBH Consulting so Rob can help them solve the continued presence of total coliform. I let her know that they need to update the public notice and provide a copy to DHS=DWP. I also let her know that they will need to take five temporary routine samples for the month of November. If all of them come back clean then will be back to regular one per month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing. Find out and discuss recommendations with Rob Henry at HBH. | ||
