| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ for sample date 11/19/10. DETAILS: Contacted John and he was aware of the positive sample. He indicated that the lab was scheduled to take repeat samples. I let him know that he needed to take samples at both well heads. One sample should be labeled triggered source and repeat while the other triggered source. There also needs to be three distribution samples labeled repeat. If all of these come v\back negative then five temporary routine samples in the distribution system will be needed for the month of December. He said he understood and would make sure sampling is done. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. | ||
