| Details: | SUMMARY: COMPLAINT DETAILS: Talked to Norma Jean Washburn. October 30 she called Rose Lodge Water Company and left message on an answering machine. She called Chandler Brown in Portland. He said they were working on the reservoir for Boulder Creek and they are working on Bear Creek system too. 10/30 & 10/31 & 11/1 Water pressure so low that the shower and kitchen sprayer did not work. On 11/2 there was enough pressure to wash dishes and shower.11-3-2010 Chandler went by the house and showed that there was no pressure problem. His assistant smelled of alcohol. She is concerned that someone working on the water system is not sober. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
