| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint: Written October 8, 2010 9submitted 11/02/10)/ DETAILS: Letter sent by John & Jeanette Reischman. Concerned about low water pressure. Bought house in June 2010 and were never given a "Boil Water" notice. "I spoke with Betty in May 2010 prior to purchase specifically to find out about the water conditions. She stated it is tested regularly, filtered & never had a problem. It is safe to drink. In July 2010 our neighbor advised us of "Boil Water" notice that was sent out earlier in the year."
