Details: SUMMARY: Complaint DETAILS: Connie Wentz called. She reports very low water pressure. Difficult to get hold of operator.Additionally meter box is broken and full of water. Could not possibly be read with the rock on top of the numbers. Nothing was moved and the company came by and seems to have "read" the meter. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
