| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint: Low water, operator response is not good. DETAILS: Talked to Cori Cox. She reports very low water pressure. It takes 5 minutes to fill a kettle-- not enough water to shower-- now filling a bathtub with a trickle of water in hopes of having enough water to flush the toilet. Mr. Brown was there was low water. He said that he was going to try to replace the pump. He said he would let everyone know if the water was going to go off. Seems like the water is practically off now without any warning from Mr. Brown. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
