Details: SUMMARY: Total coliform sample collected from wrong location DETAILS: Talked to Ms. Lagers about violation received. Sept. 28th total coliform positive sample was mistakenly collected from a residence not within water system. Information confirmed with Mark Lead at Pyxis Laboratories in Portland, and water system has since provided lab with list of appropriate sampling locations. ACTION NEEDED: Have DMCE evaluation TC+ and any alerts/violations generated.
