| Details: | SUMMARY: Reminded Harmony that DWP still hasnt received DRC paperwork DETAILS: I called Harmony at 5-Star Bookeeping and left a message that DWP has not yet received the paperwork designating Les Gillespie as the DRC for the Mt. Terrace water system. I stated that if this paperwork is not received in the near future (10 days) that we will proceed with assessing civil penalties due to the violation. I also reminded Harmony that the source water samples need to be collected for 12 months, after which they may be stopped. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of the DRC paperwork or assess civil penalties on or before January 1, 2011. | ||
