Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Another quarterly Arsenic sample over the MCL. Jim is no longer the operator. David Love w/Culigan may be taking over the operations. Les Moore with the water system said they are having financial difficulties and may not have the POA Arsenic treatment installed by the end of 2010. An extension request has been submitted to Brad Daniels. Public Notice from Jim Stephens submitted to Lane County. Musty remain posted and updated every quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Keep public Notice posted and updated each quarter. Waiting for extension request approval/denial and new timeline due dates.
