| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform Repeat DETAILS: Spoke with Jeff Chastain. All five temporary repeat samples confirmed positive for Coliform. The public notice must remain posted until Coliform issue resolved. Asked Jeff to fax a copy of the notice to Lane County. Because more than one of the temporary routine samples is positive, the rules require a source sample be submitted and five temporary routine samples throughout the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action to fix Coliform problem. Keep public notice posted. Source sample and five temporary routine samples required. | ||
