| Details: | SUMMARY: alert-ecoli confirmed DETAILS: Emailed the operator Valerie and Katrinka (l--ane county env health) a contact time estimate based on number of homes (24), the estimate shows the water system has 44 minutes of contact time under worst case scenario conditions, as long as 0.2 mg/L of free chlorine is maintained at all times, the water shoul dbe safe. They have a chlorine disinfection system and a 10,000 gallon storage tank that provides adequate disinfection, 4.0 log inactivation of viruses. Unable to locate well log. ACTION NEEDED: well evaluation on well, corrective action may include compliance monitoring under GWR. Asked operator for a copy of the well log if posisble. | ||
