| Details: | SUMMARY: User Complaint of Low Water Pressure DETAILS: Renne called to report low pressure in the water system at her house - low throughout the week last week and very low this week. I contacted Martin Klinger (DRC). He stated that his son Steven had been measuring pressure in both the Bear Creek and Boulder Creek WSs. The reported ranges were 30 - 55 psi for Bear Creek WS and 30 - 100 psi for Boulder Creek WS. I told Martin that these ranges were not consistent with the users complaints. I suggested he contact Ms Hayes and determine the significance of her problem. I also contacted Chandler Brown and expressed my concerns that the pressure readings taken by Martin Klinger did not seem consistent with the users information. He indicated that he had also received calls about low pressure and would follow-up with Martin Klinger regarding this issue. Ms Hayes was also interested in what was being done to return the WS to compliance - I explained the current enforcement actions and referred her to the DWP website to view enforcment deadlines. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to hear from Martin Klinger or Renne Hayes regarding resolution of pressure problem. | ||
