| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond t Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Sandy and Pastor Brian. Arsenic levels exceeding MCL. Required to have service provider visit the school and assess issue with treatment. Confirmation sample required within two weeks. Recommend changing the media or treatment unit part that is failing and then taking the sample. Also noted that checking the treatment unit daily can help assure that the unit is functioning properly. Recommended the service provider write up an operations manual so the operator knows what to look for and change before the arsenic treatment fails. ACTION NEEDED: Confirmation sample required by 11/16/10. | ||
