Details: SUMMARY: A routine sample collected om 11/04/10 tested positive for TC DETAILS: 211/05/10---A routine sample collected on 11/04/10 tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Joe today regarding repeat sampling protocol and temporary routine sample requirements. He informed me that repeat samples were collected today. 11/08/10---I spoke with Greg Holt today who informed me that one repeat sample tested positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert.
