Details: SUMMARY: Responded to E.coli positive at the source. DETAILS: Spoke with Don regarding the positive E.coli at the source. GWR require five confirmation samples be submitted. The Deerhorn Community Water system has 88 minutes of chlorine contact time per last survey conducted in January 2009. Sending compliance monitoring form to operator. ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples required from the source.
