| Details: | SUMMARY: community store to reopen DETAILS: Dave called as the store/tavern is looking to reopen and wanted to know what water tests were required before opening. The last sample on record was from 9/28 and was e. Coli positive. There were no follow up samples as the previous owner of the store/tavern immediately shut down. The system needs to collect 5 routine samples in the distribution system prior to opening. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples prior to opening | ||
