Details:	SUMMARY: User Complaint - Water Outage DETAILS: Diana Fuller called to notify DWP that at approximately 6:00 pm Friday night (12/10/10) she had no running water at their house. She left a message at the Rose Lodge Water Co telephone - but had no response. Water was restored at about 9:30 pm Friday night. Ms. Fuller stated that there were frequent episodes of low pressure in the water system. In addition, last week there was sediment in the water. I reminded Ms. Fuller that the Bear Creek WS is on a boil water advisory, and they need to boil the water or drink bottled water. Ms. Fullers husband requires a wheelchair, and Ms. Fuller stated that the current water pressure problems make their situation very difficult. I provided the contact number for PUC to Ms. Fuller for service related issues, and also provided instructions on accessing the DWP SDWIS database so they could monitor enforcement actions being taken by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Call Martin Klinger about water outage.
