| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - COLI 8491 DETAILS: In filed contact with the operator, Ivan Gabinero, on 10/26/10 about the positive repeat coliform sample on10/18/10. We discussed chock chlorinating the well, handouts were provided. The operator stated he would shock the well within one day and have the repeat sample (special sample) taken within three days to confirm that the chlorination worked.
