| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert COLI 8681 DETAILS: Positive routine coliform sample in November taken in the 19th. This was a monthly sample following a positive sample and repeat sample from October. A phone call was made to the operator, Ivan Gabinero n November 29th. He stated he shocked the well after repeat coliform test and took five routine samples in November with one being positive at a swivel faucet in the kitchen. We discussed not taking a sample at a swivel faucet head. He stated he would shock chlorinate the well again and take five routine samples in December from fixed faucet heads. He would continue posting the public made in October. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples in December. | ||
