| Details: | SUMMARY: Posditve TCR on 09/30/10 (COLI 8359) and ositive repeat TCR 10/04/10 at well head. COLI 8373 DETAILS: Routine sample on 09/30/10 was TCR positive. Repeat at well head TCR positive on 10/04/10. Store owner stated that the positive sample on 09/30/10 was due to break in the water line where sample was collected. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeats on 10/04/10 were negative for TCR. Well head is untreated and showed positive, but repeat samples after treatment were negative. Store is to take five repeat samples in Nov. 2010. | ||
