| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - COLI 8501 DETAILS: Phone call to the facility contact, John Dysart, on 10/22/10 about the positive coliform sample on 10820/10. He stated he was taking four repeat samples immediately. He was not sure why they would have the positive but that they did change the filters since the last coliform. We discussed taking five routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples in November. | ||
