| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLi 8194---Four repeat samples collected on 09/07/10 tested positive for total coliforms. DETAILS: 09/08/10---I spoke with Eileen who informed me about the positive samples. She said that the repeats followed a shock chlorination but that not enough chlorine was used. She has called Granger Pump who will shock the system again. We discussed the next samples due after chlorine residual returns to zero: Five temporary routines in October. I e-mailed her a tier two public notice. 10/05/10---Five temporary routines were submitted and all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: The next sample due is the "routine" in the month of November. | ||
