| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert COLI 8370 ---- a repeat cample collected on October 1, tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 10/04/10 --- Leroy Burkhart, the property owner, called to inform me that a repeat sample tested positive for total coliform. We discussed samples tap selection and methodology and Leroy to me the positive tap was collected from the soda gun beverage dispenser at the bar and that he let the water run for only thirty seconds…I told him either of these factors may have been responsible for the positive sample. I sent a copy of the DWPs sample collection guidelines to Leroy and informed him that five temporary routines are due in October. ACTION NEEDED: The next sample due is in the first quarter of 2010. | ||
