| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI8546 --- The sampled collected on 10/29/10 tested positive for E. coli. DETAILS: 11-01-10 --- Paige called and informed me that the routine sample collected on 10/29/10 tested positive for E.coli. She added that she will collect repeat samples and a triggered source today. Also, a boil water notice was distributed voluntarily (even though at this point it is not a "confirmed" E.coli case). 11/02/10---Two distributed repeat samples and one triggered source sample tested positive for E. coli. ACTION NEEDED: See next Alert. | ||
