| Details: | SUMMARY: This Alert is issued in response to s triggered source sample that tested positive on 07/08/10. DETAILS: 07/08/10---Triggered source sample collected. 11/12/10---Alert issued. 11/12/10---This Alert was issued in response to triggered source sample that tested positive on 07/08/10. Left a message with Scot Beemer to discuss the alert then contacted the DWP to ask why a TC+ source sample was issued as an Alert and not a "Not -Alert". 11/15/10---Scot called and we discussed this Alert, the sample which was collected four months ago, and the situation (broken plumbing and power outage) which was resolved over the summer. Tom Mitchell e-mailed to inform me that this TC+ source sample will invoiced-able. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
