| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a Surface Water System, which supplies approximately 3,000 people through 1,100 connections. The city treats water from Weist and Eckman Creeks through a packaged flocculation/setting/multi-media filtration treatment system. HBH was contacted by the City to complete a Contact Tracer Study. I met with operator and public works director to discuss flow conditions that can occur during various reservoir heights and demand scenarios. ACTION NEEDED: Perform calculations to determine the reservoir heights and demand conditions at which the maximum flow can travel through the two reservoirs. Propose methodology to DWP Staff and Perform CT testing. | ||
