| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample taken 09/33/2010-- Assessemnt sample for head well positive for total coliform-- sample taken 09/22/2010. DETAILS: Talked to Pat Jay. Apparently the routine sample was taken from the hose. Discussed how to take a sample from the hose bib directly. Talked about taking four repeat samples ASAP and five routine samples the next month. Discussed continuing with assessment samples-- no need to resample. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
