| Details: | SUMMARY: Approval of Representative Triggered Source Monitoring Plan DETAILS: Spoke with Phil today as I have approved the representative triggered source monitoring plan and supporting schematic for Warren sent in on November 19th, 2010 under the GW Rule. System has pressure zones and valves to support such a request. System will sample only those contributing sources as triggered samples after routine positives, according to plan. Furthermore, system only needs three repeats in distribution, not four as identified in plan, as they take more than one routine per month. Phil will eliminate repeat site D for each routine-coordinated with Mark Edington of Columbia Co. ACTION NEEDED: Columbia County and DWP will coordinate on future coliform positive alerts to ensure that only contributing sources receive triggered schedules on line according to plan. County and State to keep copy of plan in files for reference. | ||
