| Details: | SUMMARY: Reservoir Replacement DETAILS: System owns and operates a ground water system that provides water to 125 people through 125 connections. The water source for the system is a single well. Water is treated by on ion exchange system prior to disinfection with sodium hypochlorite. HBH was contacted by Mr Cummins to provide technical advice regarding the rehabilitation and/or replacement of the water system’s 10,000 gallon reservoir which is deteriorated. I visited water system to inspect the reservoir and discuss situation with Mr Cummins and developed options system for replacement of the reservoir with a new 10,000 gallon replacement. Also developed recommendations for upgrade to a 30,000 gallon reservoir, which would provide for 3 days of storage. I finalized recommendations report. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time. | ||
