| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: System took 5 routine samples in July 2010 but they were mislabeled as repeat samples. Have clarified this with the lab and sent an amended report to Chuck Michaels ant the state, 4 of 5 samples were re-labeled as routines. Violation will be changed to state, "did not report enough," and system can gain compliance again with regular 4th quarter sample of this year 2010. Until that time, no further action is required.
