| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Referred operator to sampling plan as well as giving instructions regarding repeat and routine samples to be performed. REHS emailed her specific instructions to conduct 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and to conduct 5 routine samples for September. System had a break in distribution system which led to failure of chlorinator injection system which will be repaired on 8/25/10. Chlorination is now being done by hand and REHS attached tool for proper calculation of chlorine in to be added to system in email. Operator has issued public notice (tier 3) regarding problem in system. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
