Spoke with Nathan again 11/1 and 2 of 4 repeats positive. Source and sample spot as original absent. System will chlorinate and take verification samples. May use 5 temporary routines as verification samples if confident. ACTION NEEDED: Take corrective action, take 5 temp routines November and send public notice within 30 days.
