| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Called Dennis to discuss 11/8 routine positive. Sample was from his house which is newly constructed. Discussed need for 4 repeat sample including well source, only one of 2 wells is contributing. He will take repeats and include directly out of reservoir as one. Talked about being specific with labeling sample locations. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results to dictate corrective action. Will need 5 temp routines in December. | ||
