| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up positive coliforms DETAILS: System had 4 of 5 routines positive. Discussed with operator Bill and lab. System has been experiencing on and off bed samples since January 2009. This is approximately when system changed to new lab. I do not believe however that it is anything but coincidence based on pattern of positive and the good history of the lab. System has already scheduled a site visit by the OAWU circuit rider to help diagnose problem. We also discussed public notice within 30 days. 2 special samples, source and reservoir have already been ordered. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem take 5 temp routines in December. | ||
