| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I called and spoke with Ron 11/19 immediately upon receiving this latest alert from GP Water lab. The system was shocked very well the first port of the month and two initial tests after that shocking but came back negative for coliform now 3 more tests taken the other day have come back positive for coliform. We are both baffled as t the situation and why there continues to be an issue. In speaking with Ron he will reshock the system again 11/22/10. In the meantime I will consult with the state geologist and perhaps see if a low aquifer might be the issue. Public notice for coliform violation was previously issued and will remain in effect for the time being , it was never taken down. ACTION NEEDED: See above | ||
