| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called and spoke with Lee 11/22 @ 4:15pm and he was already on top of the situation and had already taken & submitted 4 repeat samples including one from the well head to be labeled a triggered sample. The results of those tests should be available the afternoon of 11/23 and further action including possible shock chlorination, will be taken based on the results. ACTION NEEDED: See above | ||
