Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive test 11/5/10. I spoke with system this morning and reviewed next steps in terms of taking 5 repeat samples because they have a UV light and that one sample must be labeled a trigger sample from the well head. I also reviewed taking 5 more routine samples the following month. The system will work on getting the water samples in today and take further action if needed based on results of these samples. ACTION NEEDED: see above
