| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive test 11/5/10. I spoke with system this morning and reviewed next steps in terms of taking 5 repeat samples because they have a UV light and that one sample must be labeled a trigger sample from the well head. I also reviewed taking 5 more routine samples the following month. The system will work on getting the water samples in today and take further action if needed based on results of these samples.
