| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Spoke with system several times during the morning of 11/9. The source triggered sample tested positive and later we learned that the 4 distribution repeat samples all came back negative for coliform. The main issue for now is the source water itself. After consulting with the state, I instructed to take the 5 repeat samples at the well head before performing any corrective action. System was instructed to flush the well head itself before taking any of the 5 repeat samples. The system agreed to do so and will have the 5 submitted within the 24 hour time period and will await results of repeat samples before pursuing further action ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
