| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Reviewed ERP today. The plan is complete and found to meet necessary requirements under the systems security provisions. Additional, I reviewed remaining significant deficiency as identified in 5/4/10 sanitary survey with system. As of meeting their monitoring is current and they are still working on screening the overflow drain for the storage tank. I will contact them again and probably need to work with them on extending their 120 day deadline with regards to the overflow drain ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
